IMPORTANT REMINDER: The first prepayment period for assessments and Capital Facility Expansion Charges for the Southwest 6 and 7 utilities project will close on October 31. This is the payment period when assessments can be paid without incurring any administrative costs.
Beginning November 1, the second prepayment period begins with additional costs added to the assessment portions only. The second prepayment period ends August 31, 2014. NOTE: The 20% discount for the Capital Facility Expansion Charge also continues through August 31, 2014.
To date, the City has received more than $2 million during the first prepayment period.
