The City of Cape Coral has revealed the total cost of the Southwest 6 & 7 Utility Expansion project. The anticipated amount is approximately $103 million. This project will include a little over 6,100 properties. Interest rates are less than other Cape Coral water/sewer projects so property owners are anxiously waiting to find out what their individual cost will be. Estimate cost per property owner should be revealed soon. I’ll keep you posted…..
