> Cape Coral active single family homes on the rise, total increase was 5% from October with a total of 1,660
> 320 total sales for the Cape Coral area a sizeable jump from 2015 (18%) not that much of a drop from last month, approximately 18
> Cape Coral’s average reported sales price for November is $257,000 a modest gain over 2015 (4.4%)
> The increase in inventory for Cape Coral hasn’t yet tip the scales, Cape Coral continues to be a neutral market with inventory at 5.1 months.
> Single family permits jumped by nearly 60% in one year and 20% in one month!
“Industry News”
> Conforming loan limits have increased for 2017, in Lee & Charlotte County loan limits were increased from $417,000 to $424,000. In Collier County, the limits increased from $450,800 to $448,500
> In order to scale back the number of wiring fraud victims and potential victims, Florida Realtors have adapted a Wire Fraud Prevention Notice
