“Industry News”
>UEP (North 2) the city is pre-qualifying contractors for the expansion project while securing the Florida Dept. of Protection State Revolving Fund Loan. Projected date to secure said loans is November with construction starting shortly after. Construction is expected to be between 18-24 months.
>Down Payment Assistance: imortgage has removed their requirement on min. score for the bond programs. Not a minimum of 660 any longer.they can now qualify borrowers with a 620 score and VA can now be included in the program too. For closing costs or down payment.
