It’s official…this week we made headway in Cape Coral. Lee County has installed ‘open road tolling’ on the Midpoint Memorial Bridge. What does this mean? It means that drivers with electronic transponders will be able to go through the toll at highway speed without having to slow down. Once all the construction is completed there will be two lanes that allow drivers to go through at 45 mph. Easy on….Easy off!
Cape Coral population is climbing every year so any transportation improvement is welcome. Nice job on the forward thinking Lee County~
