Excuse me, the grasses are mixed up in the above article.
Warm season grasses are bermuda, zoysia and st. augustine:The grow (are green) in warm temperatures and go dormant (brown) in cooler tempertures.
Cool season grasses are fescues, blegrass and rye grass: they are green all year.

I am interested in a two bedroom condo in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I would prefer a lake view and am looking at Palm Aire and Cypress Bend communities. I would like something that doesn’t require alot of work, not first floor with resort like amenities. I am from Canada and would like to keep the price under 70k.
